Our Services

U.S. citizens and some permanent residents can sponsor close relatives through family-based visa petitions.

Non-immigrant international students usually enter the United States using one of three visa types: F-1, J-1 or M-1.

Each year, the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program makes 50,000 permanent residence visas available to applicants drawn at random.

The non-immigrant TN visa allows citizens of Canada and Mexico, as NAFTA professionals, to work in the United States.

Naturalization is the process by which U.S. citizenship is granted to foreign citizens after he or she fulfills the requirements.

We can help you find an approach toward avoiding removal based on the specific facts of your immigration status and the grounds for deportation.
